Refund policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, OR
You are not satisfied with the product
Conditions:
Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund will be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected
Refund Method:
Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
COD orders → Refund via UPI or bank transfer
Refund Timeline:
Processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

 

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

If you are returning due to personal reasons (not satisfied, size issue, etc.) → Return shipping charges may apply.

 

NON - RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns if:
Product has been used or damaged by the customer
Request is made after 3 days of delivery
Minor color or design variations (due to lighting/screens).

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
